The main goal of this section is to present a large number of tricks that bodyboarders can do. These pages have been built for bodyboarders of all levels (beginners or advanced bodyboarders) who practice prone or drop-knee.
That is why all the levels of difficulties are presented :
- Beginners can find explanations and advice about basic tricks as, for example, the take-off, the duck-dive or the El-rollo that it is needed to be able to do more aerial and complicated tricks.
- Advanced bodyboarders can find information and descriptions of more complicated tricks as the back-flip, the drop-knee floater or the invert air which are also more aerial and spectacular.

The goal of this part is not to give a lesson of how to do a trick but to give you the keys and the main points for the execution of the trick. As a matter of fact, the more important things to pass a trick is to try it a lot and to persevere. |
All of the explanations are based on my own experience (more than 10 years of practice) and also on many other bodyboarders' suggestions. I hope that the explanations are clear; if it's not the case, just contact me and I will try to improve them.
